I wanted to give Bradford Home Buyers and Basil a 5 star rating. I am the executor of an estate and had to sell the home but I didn't want to deal with realtors as the home would be sold in as is condition. I received a flyer from the company that was interested in the property. I called them and set an appointment. Basil showed up on time and told about his company and how they did business. We walked the property and he ended up giving me a great offer on the house. I dealt with 5 buyers and his offer was the best and I felt good doing business with him. Unfortunately the process took over a year to complete as problems with probate came up which took a while to settle. Basil stayed with me the entire time and was very understanding about everything. We finally closed today and I will say the whole process went off without a hitch. His lawyers took care of all the paperwork and all I had to do was sign the documents. I have closed on my own properties before and it was never this easy with no headaches involved. I highly, highly, recommend Basil and Bradford Home Buyers.
